Hypnotherapy

I started working as a hypnotherapist straight after qualifying in 2022 and since that point I have built up a strong practise. The majority of my clients meet their goals in one or two sessions. I also have clients who are using hypnotherapy for continued self development and regularly have appointments to work on something different each session.

I’m passionate about creating a safety for my clients that allows them to explore deeper issues within protective relaxation. Sometimes those issues we’ve avoided for a long time need a little extra comfort to explore. Hypnotherapy is like a big blanket making it easier for us to go to those places. Together we make powerful changes in a gentle way.

I work with anxiety, phobias, trauma, habits, limiting beliefs, relationships and attachment, depression, disordered eating, business, careers and body image.

What happens next?

It’s up to you!

Or rather… it’s up to your subconscious

There’s no one true way when it comes to hypnosis, which is why I don’t offer six or ten session bundles. Instead we start with one or two sessions per issue. Much of my hypnotherapy work treats one issue in one session. However, many clients, especially those with anxiety or neurodivergence, prefer to choose the two sessions. This means you can get used to the process of hypnosis (and get your bearings) in the first session, have longer to explain what you’re looking to achieve and ask questions about the process, and then do the big work in the second session.

You can also choose to book a FREE consultation before you book your session. This gives you the opportunity to just make sure hypnotherapy is right for you and I’m the right hypnotherapist for what you want to achieve. You can choose a video call, a telephone call, or simply book 15 minutes of my undivided time to text on WhatsApp, text message, or email.

I take Paypal and Card payments via Stripe.

When do I book my next appointment?

When you’re ready!

Hypnotherapy is very different to talking therapies in that it consistently works at depth.

Whilst you can’t guarantee significant changes with every session, that certainly is the goal, which means it’s important to give your mind time to process.

Some clients do prefer to keep to a regular schedule, and my suggestion for this would be monthly. But the mind is very good at fixing itself, once it’s had a little help. So although you might have multiple things you want to address, that one session might have helped those other things too, it’s often a case of waiting awhile to see.

If you do choose to book again, I will be very happy to see you but it’s definitely worth waiting to see if you need to first!

(the exception to this is if you’ve booked TWO appointments together as the first is designed to introduce you to hyponosis)
