Hypnotherapy

Bridge Wharf House is on Ramsgate Road just before the river. It’s a lovely quiet space filled with fellow Psychology and Therapy practitioners.

It’s ten minutes walk from Sandwich train station and has free parking right outside the door.

Appointments are available on a Wednesday and Thursday with the earliest starting at 9am and the latest at 8pm.

You can find out more about how I work here. Many clients complete their goals in just one session, but I also work on a three session basis or some clients enjoy regular monthly appointments as they work through deeper issues.

I offer a free consultation via telephone, video call, or text messaging.

Yoga

I teach small groups (of up to three), couples, and individuals. You can choose a regular weekly class or lessons to help you learn the basics, or a combination of both.

It’s very affordable at £25 an hour for an individual or £30 an hour for two or more people (that’s £15 each if there’s two of you, and £10 each if there’s three of you)

If you’re new to yoga, lack confidence in bigger groups, or just prefer the privacy of smaller lessons this is a great way to practise yoga in a supportive safe space.

I am knowledgeable in adapting yoga for neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, dyspraxia) and also for hypermobility.

Hypnosis for Relaxation

Hypnotherapy is a wonderful tool for working with the subconscious and effecting powerful changes.

But hypnosis isn’t just about inner work. It’s also a wonderful way to relax. Relaxation sessions are available either online or in person and you can choose from a range of themes. Book your session here.
